When you sign up for text messages from Louisiana Blue, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Louisiana Health Services and Indemnity Company d/b/a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and its affiliate HMO Louisiana (collectively Louisiana Blue), including updates related to your plan benefits, various informational and clinical campaigns, and important updates. Other messages could include surveys links and calls to action related to mobile downloads or portal registration.
You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using MyLABlue or text HELP to the short code for instructions.
