Louisiana Blue has expanded its in-network telehealth options, now offering virtual care services such as online behavioral health, doctor visits, and urgent care for all health plan members.
Louisiana Blue will end its use of the BlueCare telehealth platform and mobile app effective Nov. 30, 2025. Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, members will be able to get all services they previously received using BlueCare with in-network providers.
Louisiana Blue commercial members can use the MyLABlue digital platform (app or online portal) to find in-network providers who offer telehealth services. Members of all health plans have access to in-network providers who offer these services through telehealth.

Don't put off your wellness visits! If you haven't had your annual wellness visit or postponed screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy), reschedule right away, Telehealth may be an option for your annual wellness visit.
Check with your usual primary care provider and any specialists you see to ask if they offer telehealth services. If you have specialists like endocrinologists, cardiologists, or orthopedists, ask them about telehealth visits too.
Follow your provider's guidance. If they recommend in-person treatment or services like lab work/testing, ask how soon you should be seen and the safest way to visit.
Contact Customer Service at the number on your member ID card to ask about how telehealth visits are covered on your plan and which healthcare providers are in your network.
Please be aware: Because more people are using telehealth right now, you may have a longer wait time.
If you have an emergency health need or get seriously injured, you should go to the nearest hospital or healthcare facility for care.
The staff there will be prepared to help you get treated while avoiding being exposed to COVID-19 or other illnesses that can spread person to person.
It is important not to delay seeking care you need because the sooner you are treated, the lower your risk of more serious outcomes.
