The Louisiana Blue provider network includes robust virtual care options, including online behavioral health services, online doctor visits and 24/7 virtual urgent care services. Members of all health plans have access to in-network providers who offer these services through telehealth. With telehealth, you can get care from anywhere using a device that has internet and a camera (phone, laptop, tablet).
Louisiana Blue commercial members can use the MyLABlue digital platform (app or online portal) to find in-network providers who offer telehealth services. When searching our Find Care provider directory, telehealth providers have an "Offers Virtual Care" indicator.
